Get in touch
How do I crop a photo to a square?

Add the photo, choose Square and drag the box over the part you want to keep. Drag the corners to make it bigger or smaller, then download.

How do I straighten a tilted photo?

Move the Straighten slider until the horizon or the edge of the document is level. The crop stays inside the photo, so no empty corners appear.

Can I crop to an exact size in pixels?

Yes. Choose the shape, then type the width in pixels; the height follows the shape. For example, choose Square and 1080 for a 1080 × 1080 image.

Does cropping reduce quality?

No. The part you keep stays at its full resolution unless you set a smaller width or a file size limit.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. Cropping happens in your browser and your photo never leaves your device. Location data (EXIF) is removed from the download.
