What size should my signature be?

Use the size printed on the form or shown on its upload page. Common sizes are 140 × 60 pixels (bank and exam forms, often 10–20 KB) and 300 × 80 pixels (common on online application forms). You can also enter any custom size.

How do I make my signature under 20 KB?

Choose JPG and “Under 20 KB”. The tool keeps the best quality that fits and shows the final size after you download.

Can I make the background transparent?

Yes. Choose a transparent background and download a PNG to place your signature on documents. Forms that ask for JPG get a white background.

Is my signature uploaded or stored?

No. The photo is cleaned in your browser and never sent to our server. When you close the page, nothing is kept.

Can I sign on my phone instead?

Yes. Choose “Draw it instead” and sign with your finger or a stylus. The drawing becomes the same clean signature.
