What size is the square image?
1500 × 1500 pixels by default. You can choose 1000 or 2000 pixels, or fit the square to your photo. The product is centred with adjustable padding.
Can I keep a transparent background?
Yes. Choose the transparent swatch and download as PNG or WebP. JPG cannot store transparency, so it always uses a solid background.
Which format should I use for an online shop?
JPG on white is the most widely accepted format and keeps files small. Use PNG when you need transparency or the highest quality.
Does it handle shiny or transparent products?
Most products work well. Glass, reflections and very thin parts can be imperfect, so check the result at full size before publishing.
